1 1/4 cpanko bread crumbs

6 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspcanola oil

1 Tbspeach soy sauce and oyster sauce

2 Tbsprice vinegar

1 tspchili garlic sauce

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 Tbspcornstarch

How To Make crispy shrimp balls with garlic sauce

1Shrimp balls
-
2throw everything for shrimp ball except panko and oil in food processor and pulse to a paste. Place in freezer 15 minutes. Roll into balls and dredge in panko. Deep fry at 325 degrees until browned Serve with garlic dipping sauce

3Garlic Sauce

4Add oil to pan and saute the garlic 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients except cornstarch and water. Cook one minute. Mix the water and cornstarch together and add to pan to thicken sauce. Serve with shrimp balls
