crispy baked tuna balls - good!

This is a flavorful and quick and easy appetizer that my husband, friends and I enjoy. It is also good as a snack for both children and adults, although for kids you may want to tame down the spiciness a bit by using a smaller amount of mustard and/or lemon juice. The ingredients can be adjusted to your liking - I sometimes saute the almonds first for extra crunch and flavor. I prefer the potato chip coating over the corn flakes, although both ways are good. Serve on cocktail picks for an appetizer. Representative photo by Bing.
