40button mushroom caps

1/3 ccream cheese

1/4 cmilk
-
1 tspminced garlic

1 pinchnutmeg

1 pinchpepper

2 tspflour
-
1 Tbsplight mayonnaise

1 Tbsplemon juice

3 tspgrated parmesan cheese

1green onion, diced
-
16 oz can crabmeat, drained, flaked

17 oz can baby shrimp, drained

1/2 cshredded white cheddar cheese

1/4 citalian-style bread crumbs
How To Make creamy seafood stuffed mushrooms

1Heat oven to 400. In saucepan, over low heat, whisk together flour, cream cheese, milk, garlic, nutmeg and pepper. Whisk until cream cheese is mostly smooth.

2Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and green onion. remove from heat, fold in crab and shrimp. Let cool.

3Stuff caps w/ filling. Place caps on a baking sheet, sprinkle w/ cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 15 mins.
