Ingredients For creamy crab wontons

26 oz cans crabmeat, drained, flaked

8 ozreduecd-fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 clow-fat ricotta cheese
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 cchopped parsley
-
2scallions, finely chopped
-
1/2 tspeach, salt and pepper
-
112 oz pkg refrigerated wonton wrappers.

marinara sauce for dipping
How To Make creamy crab wontons

1In bowl, combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers. Place wrappers on a flat surface. Spoon 1 tsp of crab mix in center of each wrapper.

2Moisten edges of wrappers w/ a little water. Fold corner of wrapper over filling, forming a triangle. Seal edges w/ fingers.

3Fill a pot w/ water 3/4 full. Bring to a boil. Place 12 wrappers in water, boil 6 mins. Remove w/ slotted spoon onto a platter. Continue w/ any remaining wrappers and filling. Serve w/ marinara sauce.
