Ingredients For ceviche

8 ozwhite fish

8 ozscallops

1 clemon juice

1 ctomato juice

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tsptabasco sauce

1/2 cchopped red onion

2 Tbspchopped parsley

1/2 tsporegano

1/2 cdiced tomato

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make ceviche

1Cut seafood into bite-sized pieces.

2Mix seafood with lemon juice and marinate for several hours.

3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Drain seafood reserving lemon juice.

5Add seafood to sauce and mix well.

6Allow to marinate for several hours (or overnight).

7Stir in reserved lemon juice to taste.

8Spoon into serving dish and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
