These will be some of the best shrimp you ever sank your teeth into, if not the best...they are mighty tasty and you better double the batch, as they definitely won't last long...I can never make enough...I truly hope you try them sometime, if nothing else for a special occasion...you won't be sorry! Ingredients For best darn parm shrimp - cassie

1 1/2 lblarge raw shrimp

4 oz( 1 cup) shredded parmesan cheese

1/3 citalian bread crumbs

3 Tbspbutter
-
3/4 cchopped red bell pepper
-
2green onions minced
-
2 clovegarlic minced
-
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper, or to taste
-
1/4 cminced fresh parsley
-
3 1/2 Tbspeach - milk & heavy cream
How To Make best darn parm shrimp - cassie

1First, peel shrimp and rinse, leaving on the tails. Pat dry with paper towels.

2Cut each shrimp on the underside, but not completely through. Open the shrimp and remove vein, if not already de veined. Set aside.

3In a small bowl, mix the cheese and bread crumbs and set aside.

4In a large skillet - over medium high heat, melt the butter. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic and red pepper flakes & cook for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

5Now, add the shrimp and saute until shrimp turn pink ( do not overcook ) should look opaque. Stir in parsley.

6Add the milk and cream.

7Now, stir in the cheese /crumb mixture cook, just until cheese is melted...

8Serve immediately...deliciosoooooo!
