Ingredients For sriracha honey hot wing bowl

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 3 lb
    chicken wing drummettes
  • 1/2 c
    sriracha chili sauce
  • 3/4 c
    honey
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 6 c
    cooked rice

How To Make sriracha honey hot wing bowl

    Combine olive oil, and garlic salt. Rub the mixture of drummettes, coating throughly.Place wings in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 45 min. and the wings are browned. Meanwhile in a small saucepan combine sriracha, honey, butter and soy sauce. Stir over low heat while butter melts. Pour sauce over the chicken and toss. Place rice in individual bowls, divide chicken and sauce over the rice bowls.
