Ingredients For low-cal buffalo chicken wings

3 lbchicken wings, tips discarded

1-1/2 cbottled chili sauce

4 Tbsphot buffalo sauce

8 ozreduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 clight mayonnaise
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1 Tbspwhite vinegar

1/2 ccrumbled blue cheese
How To Make low-cal buffalo chicken wings

1Heat broiler. Place chicken on a lightly sprayed, ( w/ cooking spray,) broiler rack. Broil 5" from heat for 10 mins.

2Transfer chicken to a 4-quart slow-cooker. In small bowl, combine chili sauce and hot sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on high for 2-12/ hrs, or on low for 4 hrs.

3In bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic and vinegar until smooth. Serve w/ wings.
