Ingredients For hot, hot wings w/ creamy dip

  • 2 lb
    chicken wings, tips discarded
  • oil for frying
  • 1/4 c
    hot sauce
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    snipped basil
  • 2 Tbsp
    snipped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make hot, hot wings w/ creamy dip

    Heat some oil in lg pot over med-high heat. Fry wings in oil untill browned, drain on paper towels.

    Place wings in a serving dish or bowl, melt butter in small saucepan, add hot sauce. Stir. Pour over wings, stir to coat.

    In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, basil, parsley and milk. Serve dip w/ wings.
