Ingredients For chicken enchilada dip

  • 1 lb
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    mayonnaise
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz
    green chilies, diced, drained
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, finely diced

How To Make chicken enchilada dip

    Preheat oven 350.
  • 2
    Place chicken on a medium baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from heat, cool and shred.

    Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green chili peppers and jalapeno pepper. Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
