Ingredients For bacon-double cheeseburger puffs

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 4 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast, or beef
  • 12 oz
    thick-cut bacon, cooked, crumbled

How To Make bacon-double cheeseburger puffs

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 2 mini muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

    Add butter, eggs and milk. Whisk until combined. Add cheese, ground turkey and bacon. Stir until combined.

    Place 1 heaping tbsp of mix into each muffin cup. Bake until golden brown, about 20 mins.
