This is my take on Tortilla Roll-ups. I saw several recipes but none exactly like this. These are good for any occasion. This is my go-to recipe for any get together.

Ingredients For tortilla roll-ups

  • 1 lb
    good sausage
  • 2-8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 small can
    chopped green chilies
  • 1 small
    onion, minced
  • 1 small jar
    pimentos, chopped
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1-2 doz.
    flour tortillas
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tortilla roll-ups

    Cook sausage and drain well. Cool sausage just a little, then combine cream cheese with sausage, add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Warm tortilla in microwave for about 10 seconds, Spread a heaping TBSP of mixture on soft tortilla. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place in cake pan, adding the next roll until pan is full. Cover with foil or Saran Wrap. Let sit over night in refrigerator. They will be easier to slice in the morning. Slice 3/4-1 inch thick, serve and enjoy.
