Ingredients For southwestern hummis

  • 1
    16oz can garbonzo beans ;drained
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2
    lemon , juice from 1/2
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    roasted red pepper
  • INSTRUCTIONS: BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL YOU GET THE CORRECT CONSISTENCY. DIP PITA CHIPS

How To Make southwestern hummis
