redneck nachos

My family enjoyed this appetizer at the local Bubba-Que's Restaurant and, being me, I just had to make it less expensive! We actually eat this as a meal with some good ol' buttered corn on the cob.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Crispy salted crinkle cut french fries smothered in pulled pork with barbecue sauce and melted cheese. How could these not be good? Easy to make, these would be a delicious game day snack.
