1 can(10 oz) enchilada sauce

1 can(20 oz) crushed pineapple-drained

1/4 csour cream
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese

68 inch flour tortillas
How To Make pineapple enchiladas

1preheat oven to 375 degrees

2in a medium bowl combine pineapple, sour cream and 1 cup cheese
-
3pour 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish

4fill tortillas with pineapple mixture, roll and place in baking dish

5pour on remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese

6bake, covered, for 30 minutes
