Ingredients For neckbones

  • 4 lb
    neckbones
  • 5 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    accent
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 slice
    whole onion

How To Make neckbones

  • 1
    Season the neck bones and put in a pot with 5 cups of water.
  • 2
    Slice the onion up and add to the pot. Allow the pot to come to a boil and then bring it to a low simmer.

    Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, adding water when needed.
