This is a nice alternative to the regular mayo-based egg salad that may go in sandwiches (this one does not!). It came from an employee who has been gracious enough to share some of his favorite Italian recipes.

How To Make italian egg salad

1Peel and slice hard boiled eggs.

2Whisk together oil and vinegar, then add all remaining ingredients.

3Sprinkle dressing over eggs.
