Mmmmm! My mother always made these for the Holidays! Always loved my egg filling smooth (no lumps) and this is always a huge hit! Actually have a friend who doesn't eat eggs at all, but loves my Deviled Eggs.

Ingredients For deviled eggs

6hard boiled eggs

3 Tbspmayonnaise

1-2 Tbspketchup

1 tspvinegar

1/2 tspmustard (i use grey poupon)

1/4 tspsalt

paprika
How To Make deviled eggs

1Cut all eggs in half and scoop out the yolks. Set aside egg halves.

2In a food processor blend together Yolks, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Vinegar, Mustard, and Salt.

3Scoop filling into eggs

4Sprinkle Paprika on top of the eggs.

5Chill in the Fridge
