deviled eggs
We always make these for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, as appetizers, of course! I've always assumed everyone knows how to make deviled eggs, my kids went nuts, "MOM! Don't assume!!!" So here you go. It's the basic version. I've had different versions at other people's and didn't much care for them. I like the tried and true; that's what I expect when I bite into one. Just saying.

Ingredients For deviled eggs

6hard boiled eggs

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 tspvinegar

1 tspyellow mustard

1/8 tspsalt

dashpepper

paprika
How To Make deviled eggs

1Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks to a bowl and mash. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper; mix well.

2Spoon mixture by teaspoons into egg whites and arrange on platter. Using all the yolk mixture, or make sure it fills all. Sprinkle with paprika.
