creamy hummus
This has just the right amount of garlic and the lemon gives it that extra ting in your taste buds! Great on sandwiches too!!

Ingredients For creamy hummus

2 cangarbanzo beans,drained

6-8 cloveroasted garlic(see my quick recipe for this,can be done the day before!)

1 mdlemon juice, fresh

1 tsplemon zest, grated

1/2 tspsalt and pepper

1 colive oil, extra virgin

1 pinchpaprika, sweet mild or cayenne pepper

1 Tbspchives,fresh,chopped
How To Make creamy hummus

1Use your food processor for this. Drain the garbanzo beans well,add to the machine with the garlic,lemon juice and zest,salt,pepper. Pulse until all is mixed then turn on regularly and slowly add in the olive oil until the hummus is nice and smooth. You may want to scrape down the sides of the bowl to get all of it.

2Remove from the bowl to a serving vessel and garnish with paprika,cayenne,chives or whichever you prefer. Serve with fresh cut raw vegetables,pita chips or you can use this as a spread on sandwiches too! Enjoy!
