Ingredients For broiled broccoli

  • 1 stalk
    broccoli, fresh
  • 1 lg
    garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • dash
    paprika

How To Make broiled broccoli

    wash & slice broccoli stalks in strips
  • 2
    place on pan then drizzle with olive oil
  • 3
    microwave garlic until papery skin burst then peel away and remove
  • 4
    Press garlic through press sprinkle atop broccoli
  • 5
    sprinkle with paprika
  • 6
    Broil for 10 minutes then remove and stir them up on the pan making sure that all are coated well then return to broiler
  • 7
    Remove from broiler, then set pan in oven for an additional 5 minutes if extra crispness is desired set in hot oven, serve immediately
