Ingredients For anitpasto crescents

  • 2 pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 lb
    deli ham slices
  • 1/4 lb
    pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 lb
    salami slices
  • 1/4 lb
    provolone cheese slices
  • 1/4 lb
    swiss cheese slices
  • 1 sm
    jar of roasted red peppers optional
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    water

How To Make anitpasto crescents

  • 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  • 2
    unroll one can of crescent rolls and place on bottom of pan. Pinching together.
  • 3
    Layer meat and cheeses ending with roasted red peppers.
  • 4
    In a small bowl beat eggs with water. Stir in parmesan cheese. Pour over layers in pan.
  • 5
    Open the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of layers.
  • 6
    Bake 45 min. Cut into squares
