I have been using this recipe since 1970's. I love it because It's an easy recipe and will makes a nice meal by adding a salad. It is usually requested when my children come to visit.

Ingredients For round steak casserole

1round steak cubed
-
1 cancampbell's beef broth
-
1 canmushrooms, canned bits $ pieces

1 mdonion chopped
-
2 stickbutter
-
1 cuncooked rice( not instant)

2 cflour
-
2 tspsalt
How To Make round steak casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into cubes. Put oil in skillet to heat. Flour the cubed steak and brown in oil.

2While the steak is browning, place 1whole stick butter in a 11x13 baking pan and place in oven until melted.

3When butter is melted remove from oven and add the steak,beef broth, mushrooms,chopped onion, and rice. Stir to mix together.

4Seal with foil tightly and place back in oven. Bake 1hour NO PEEKING!
