Wanted to do something different with buffalo chicken instead of just dip and sandwiches. I came up with this recipe and they are really good served with ranch dressing.

Ingredients For nelda's baked buffalo chicken balls

  • 1-(12 oz) can
    chicken
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp
    wing sauce
  • 2 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 1/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • ranch dressing for dipping

How To Make nelda's baked buffalo chicken balls

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain chicken and break it up with your hands until it looks shredded, add cream cheese, wing sauce, hot sauce and cheddar cheese, mix well, I use my hands for this. Form into balls, I get a dozen, roll in panko crumbs and place on baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, turn and cook 5 more minutes. Let set about 5 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.
