Ingredients For mini tacos

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • taco seasoning mix
  • 24
    wonton wrappers
  • mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make mini tacos

    Brown ground beef and drain any grease. Add taco seasoning mix to your taste.

    Use a cup cake pan and put a wonton wrapper into each cup cake indention after spraying Pam into the pan.

    Spoon ground beef into wonton wrappers and top with a pinch of cheese, I used a shredded Mexican blend, and bake for 5 to 8 minutes.

    Top with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy! I served with a bowl of re-fried beans topped with a little Mexican blend cheese and heated for a minute in the microwave.
