My husband and I make these a lot . Perfect for football game snacks , showers , appetizer or just a pop in your mouth snack ! These were a hit at my daughters baby shower.

Ingredients For mexican roll-ups

  • 1 package
    hidden valley ranch dip mix
  • 1 (8oz)
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4.25oz)
    can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 (4oz)
    can green chili peppers, drained and minced
  • 1/4 cup
    green pepper, minced
  • thinly sliced deli ham, optional
  • flour tortillas

How To Make mexican roll-ups

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients (except tortillas and ham ) in bowl.
  • 2
    Spread mixture, about 1/8" thick, onto tortillas. Add a slice ham , (optional)
  • 3
    Roll up tortillas. Slice into 1" sections. Refrigerate before serving.
