My husband and I make these a lot . Perfect for football game snacks , showers , appetizer or just a pop in your mouth snack ! These were a hit at my daughters baby shower.

Ingredients For mexican roll-ups

1 packagehidden valley ranch dip mix

1 (8oz)cream cheese, softened

1 (4.25oz)can chopped black olives, drained

1 (4oz)can green chili peppers, drained and minced

1/4 cupgreen pepper, minced
-
thinly sliced deli ham, optional

flour tortillas
How To Make mexican roll-ups

1Combine all ingredients (except tortillas and ham ) in bowl.

2Spread mixture, about 1/8" thick, onto tortillas. Add a slice ham , (optional)

3Roll up tortillas. Slice into 1" sections. Refrigerate before serving.
