Ingredients For ham rolls

  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    pineapple-apricot jam
  • 1 tsp
    chopped chives
  • 12 slice
    boiled or baked ham

How To Make ham rolls

  • 1
    In a small bowl. combine mustard, jam and chives. Spread evenly on ham slices. Roll up jelly-roll fashion. Cut each crosswise into 3 equal pieces. Secure with toothpicks. Makes 36 appetizer serving.
