QUICK- What is extra crispy on the outside & moist & tender on the inside? DOUBLE DIPPED SPAM IN SEASONED PANKO BREAD CRUMBS OF COURSE. My daughter Briana & I made this delightful childhood treat during the past holidays, while she was home visiting. We discovered if we double dipped in the egg wash & seasoned bread crumbs, it would turn out extra Crunchy & Crispy, & it is great plain with an added condiment or with your breakfast or lunch. My neighbor Cookie use to make fried spam for her as a kid, & I created this oven baked PANKO VERSION & that is how we always enjoy it. GIVE IT A TRY!
