Ingredients For deviled ham spread

1 1/2 ccooked ham, cubed

1/4 clow-fat mayonnaise

2 tspprepared mustard

1 tsphorseradish cream (i use a tablespoon, but use as much or as little as you like)

1-5 dashhot sauce or hot pepper sauce

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tspcelery seed
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 pinchcaraway seeds, or to taste

1/4 ccelery, very finely chopped

1/4 conion, very finely chopped
How To Make deviled ham spread

1Add the ham, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, pepper, paprika and caraway seeds (if using) to a food processor. Pulse to puree the ingredients to desired texture.

2Stir in chopped celery and chopped onion, and cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

3It makes a great appetizer spread to serve with dry crackers. Or, it's also great as a sandwich spread.
