Ingredients For chicken puffs

1 1/2 ccooked chicken, chopped

1 cchicken broth
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/3 cchopped almonds, toasted

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1 Tbspdried parsley
-
1 tspcelery seeds
-
1 call purpose flour
-
4eggs
How To Make chicken puffs

1Combine chicken and almonds; set aside. In large saucepan, Combine the broth, oil,Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, celery seed, and ceyenne pepper. Bring to a boil; add flour, all at once, and stir untill smooth ball forms. remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Beat until smooth. stir in chicken and almonds; drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 450 degrees f for 12 minutes or until golden brown. serve warm
