Ingredients For caramelized chicken wings

  • 3 lb
    chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 c
    honey
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced, to taste
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    ground black pepper

How To Make caramelized chicken wings

    Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2
    Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 3
    Mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken.
  • 4
    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.
