Been trying to make this for a while now. Everytime I buy the fruit we eat it up!! I used apples for the white because I couldnt find the jicama. Use what You like. This is great for serving with tortillas, flat cookies or even as a salsa topped seafood.

Ingredients For red white & blue salsa

  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 1 c
    strawberries chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped apples or jicama
  • 1
    chopped seeded jalepeno
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/3 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp
    white balsamic vinegar
  • juice of large lime
  • salt to taste

How To Make red white & blue salsa

  • 1
    Chop fruits that need to be chopped. Add to bowl all ingredients, stir and season with salt to taste. Can be served as condiment or as salsa dip.
