non stick aluminum foil

4whole cinnamon graham crackers (do not break apart)

8 Tbspmarshmallow fluff, divided

8 Tbspmini marshmallows

3 Tbsplemon curd (or fruit jam)

2 tspwater

2 cfresh berries (sliced, if large)
How To Make berry easy pavlova

1Preheat oven to 425. Line baking pan with foil.

2Place graham crackers on pan; top each with 2 tablespoons fluff and 2 tablespoons marshmallows. Place on rack of oven, bake 3 - 4 minutes or until golden.

3Microwave lemon curd and water for 1 minute or until warm; toss with berries, then spoon over marshmallows. Let stand 1 - 2 minutes to cool. Serve.
