I love this stuff. I could eat it with a spoon. It also looks very festive for the holidays with the maroon and green colors of the beef and green onions.

Ingredients For vicki's chipped beef & green onion cheese ball

  • 2 pkg
    (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar
    dried chipped beef, diced
  • 3
    green onions, chopped fine, including green parts
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    jigger milk
  • chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make vicki's chipped beef & green onion cheese ball

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Blend in dried chipped beef and onion.

    Shape mixture into a ball, wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and chill.

    Roll in chopped walnuts or pecans if desired.
