taco fiesta bowl
This is a food that is great for game day. I like to add whole kernel sweet corn to my bowl and sometimes put doritos around it to dip out of the bowl. My husband and kids love this.

11/2 lbground beef

1 Tbspmontreal steak seasoning

1 tsptable salt

3/4 tspcreole seasoning

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/4 ctaco seasoning mix

1 bag(5) flour tortillas

1 boxtortilla pan set
-
5 cshredded lettuce
-
1 lgtomatoes, chopped

10 Tbspsour cream, 2 tbsp per bowl

1/2 csalsa per bowl
-
1/4 cshredded cheese per bowl
-
2/3 cwater
How To Make taco fiesta bowl

1Preheat the oven to 425 F.

2Place tortillas inside the tortilla pans, spray with cooking spray and place on a baking sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until tortillas are golden brown. Bake 4 to 5 minutes if you do not want it that crispy.

3Meanwhile, season the meat with the montreal steak seasoning, table salt, creole,and kosher salt.

4Put in a large nonstick skillet on medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Drain fat off the meat and add back to the skillet. Put the taco seasoning on the meat and add water. Cook for two minutes.

5Put the bowls onto plates, put 1 cup of lettuce into each bowls, sprinkle the ground beef into each bowl evenly, sprinkle chopped tomato into each bowl evenly, put 1/4 cup of shredded cheese into each bowls .Then add 1/2 cup of salsa and 2 tbsp of sour cream.
