This is one of my favorite dips for parties. It is a definite at my house for Super bowl. I've been making this for over 10 years. It is a hit at every party I throw.We all love cheese and chili in my home. This is a very simple recipe to make. You can also make this in the crock pot. Enjoy all!!!

Ingredients For south west cheesy chili dip

16 ozcan of re-fried beans
-
2 boxor 16 ounces cream cheese
-
2 cfavorite salsa (16 ounces)

2 canhormel chili with beans (16 ounces)

1 lbpackaged grated mexican cheese 12-16 ounces
-
1 bunchchopped green onion
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS TO ADD

1jalapeno pepper diced optional
-
1/4 csliced black olives optional
How To Make south west cheesy chili dip

1Get a 13x9 pan, or a 9x9 for deep dish dip. Spread the Re-fried beans on the bottom of the pan.

2Soften cream cheese and spread on top of the re-fried beans.

3spread chili on top of cream cheese

4Spread salsa on top of chili,and top with shredded cheese.Bake in oven at 350 degree's until hot and cheese is melted. Should take 30-45 minutes.

5Remove from oven and top with chopped green onion. Optional add ins -chopped Jalapeno pepper and black olives on the top of Mexican cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
