Ingredients For smoked jalapeno & bacon cheese balls.

  • 8 oz
    smoked cream cheese
  • 16 oz
    smoked, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely grated jalapeno
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely grated onion
  • 1
    driled guajillo pepper, crushed
  • 3 slice
    cooked bacon, crushed
  • 1 c
    jalapeno bread crumbs

How To Make smoked jalapeno & bacon cheese balls.

    Place cream cheese, jalapeno, onion, bacon and dried Chile in mixer. Blend till combined. Slowly add grated cheddar will mixing. Mix till well combined. Divide cheese mixture into four parts. Roll each into ball. Place jalapeno bread in food processor and puree until you have very fine crumbs. Roll cheese balls in crumbs, then gently pat balls to crumbs stick to cheese. Place in fridge for several hours.
