1 cricotta cheese

10 ozpkg. frozen spinach thawed

2 lgeggs

1 Tbspcream

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspnutmeg

1 clovegarlic minced

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese plus more for sprinkling on top
How To Make ricotta spinach mini phyllo cups

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Squeeze the spinach dry.

2Mix all ingredients except phyllo shells.

3Fill each shell with spinach mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle parmesan overtop. Bake 20 min.
