I make this often and friends rave about the wonderful combination of flavors. It is not a new recipe, it has been around for years. I especially like to make it at Easter because the pineapple reminds me of Spring.

Ingredients For pineapple cheese ball

  • 1
    8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4
    cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion and the juice
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp
    allspice, ground

How To Make pineapple cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together except the pecans.
  • 2
    Form into a ball on a plate.
  • 3
    Cover with the pecans by pressing them on the ball.
