pineapple cheese ball
I make this often and friends rave about the wonderful combination of flavors. It is not a new recipe, it has been around for years. I especially like to make it at Easter because the pineapple reminds me of Spring.

Ingredients For pineapple cheese ball

18 oz crushed pineapple, drained

1/4cup finely chopped green pepper

1 Tbspgrated onion and the juice

2 pkgcream cheese, softened

1 cfinely chopped pecans

1 tspallspice, ground
How To Make pineapple cheese ball

1Mix all ingredients together except the pecans.

2Form into a ball on a plate.

3Cover with the pecans by pressing them on the ball.
