Ingredients For pimento cheese

  • 1 8-oz. pkg
    finely shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp, to taste)
  • 1 8-oz. pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2-oz. jar
    diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make pimento cheese

    Beat all ingredients together to make a creamy consistency. Refrigerate.

    Best when prepared the day before serving.
