Ingredients For olive cheese ball

8 ozcream cheese

1 cspanish olives, chopped (large pieces)

1/2 cmayonnaise

3 Tbspolive juice (from jar)

1 cwalnuts, chopped (separated)
How To Make olive cheese ball

1Mix the cream cheese, mayo, chopped Spanish olives and 1/2 cup of walnuts together.

2Add olive juice 1 T at a time. Can add up to 3 T. This adds so much flavor, but be careful not to get it too wet.

3Form into a ball and chill 8 hours.

4Roll ball in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

5Serve with crackers.
