We had a dinner at work, and one of my coworkers brought these. I had to have the recipe, and after you try them you will see why. You can't just eat one. They are so simple and taste so good.

Ingredients For mexican pinwheels

  • 4 oz
    jallapenos
  • 4 oz
    pimentos
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese softened 8 oz size
  • 1/4
    of a medium size onion
  • 8
    flour tortillas

How To Make mexican pinwheels

  • 1
    Put all ingredients except tortillas in the food processor and process till well mixed.

    spread on tortillas ad roll tightly.
  • 3
    Cover ad refrigerate overnight.
  • 4
    Cut into bite size pieces and serve. Can be served with salsa.
