This is a great appetizer. I like it because you can change the taste by switching the flavor of oil you use. For this one I used blood orange olive oil

Ingredients For marinated mozzarella balls

    mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 Tbsp
    herbes de provence
  • 3
    fresh bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    pink peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 c
    fruity flavored olive oil

How To Make marinated mozzarella balls

  • 1
    Mix the herbes de provence, bay leaves, pink peppercorns, and olive oil. Stir in mozzarella balls. Let marinate overnight. Keep in fridge for up to a week.
