THIS RECIPE IS FOR JUDY KAYE! Here you go girl, I know I said I was going to make this over the weekend…but the juices started to flow and so I did a quick run to Winn Dixie. This is what I came up with; I hope it not only comes close to what you remember but that you enjoy it! You’ll taste all the flavors and then at the end just a wee hint of garlic makes it's presents known.

Ingredients For judy kaye { this is for you } dippy hippy dip

  • 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese { at room temperature }
  • 6 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese { at room temperature }
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • 1 – 5.3 ounce plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ of a lemon juiced { i use myers lemons but any kind will do }
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

    Bring the feta and cream cheese to room temperature.

    With a hand mixer put the feta with the whipping cream in a bowl, and let it rip. You’ll want to get this smooth and creamy.

    Add the cream cheese and continue to mix.

    Then grate 1 clove of garlic over the bowl, add the juice of ¼ of a lemon. Continue to mix for a minute.

    Add the yogurt and salt.

    Get cold and serve with French flies…..ha ha ha gotcha…fries….LOL
