Ingredients For hot swiss & almond spread

  • 6 oz
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    green onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/3 c
    almonds, sliced & toasted, plus additional for topping

How To Make hot swiss & almond spread

    Preheat oven to 350 F
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients well, EXCEPT almonds. Once well mixed, gently stir in almonds.

    Spread mixture into a 9" glass pie plate.

    Bake for 15 minutes, stirring half way through. Garnish with additional sliced, toasted almonds, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers and vegetable sticks (carrots / celery)
