I wanted something sweet and savory to take for Christmas, so I came up with these. I used my home made fig jam http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/appetizer/appetizer-fruit-appetizer/fig-jam.html. This is a loose recipe, just add more or less of anything you want. I made these for a Christmas appetizer! Man oh man! I will take photos when I make them again.

2roll of refrigerated crescent rolls

8 ozblue cheese crumbles

1 lbbacon, cooked

1Fry the bacon crisp, then crumble.

2Unroll the crescent rolls, add a spoonful of fig jam https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/appetizer/appetizer-fruit-appetizer/fig-jam.html blue cheese and bacon.

3Roll up and bake on parchment paper for 11-14 minutes until the crescent rolls are done.

4NOTE: You can easily sub another flavor of jam such as strawberry or apricot and maybe use feta or goat cheese. Change it up a bit and get that sweet & savory flavor that you love.
