easy & delicious cheese ball
This cheese ball recipe name was originally "Red Cheese Ball". It's not really red so I took the liberty to rename it. I make it several times during the Thanksgiving through Christmas holidays. It always disappears quickly.

Ingredients For easy & delicious cheese ball

2 pkg8 oz. cream cheese, softened

8 ozshredded cheddar cheese

2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 ccoarsely chopped black olives

10 Tbspfinely chopped dried beef, divided

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
parsley - garnish as desired
How To Make easy & delicious cheese ball

1Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

2Add the worcestershire sauce, olives, 4 tablespoons chopped dried beef, black pepper, onion, and garlic powders. Continue beating until well blended.

3Turn out on foil or waxed paper and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator & reshape if needed.

4Roll cheeseball in the remaining dried beef to coat completely. Wrap in foil or plastic & refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
