Ingredients For easy crispy ravioli

  • 1
    9 oz pkg refrigerated cheese ravioili, lg is best
  • 1/2 c
    italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    good quality grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream, i used light
  • 1/4 c
    2% milk
  • 3/4 c
    good quality pasta sauce, warmed for dipping

How To Make easy crispy ravioli

  • 1
    In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese. In small bowl, whisk sour cream and milk.

    Roll each ravioli in sour cream mix, then into bread crumb mix. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

    Heat oven to 375. Place raviolis on baking sheet and bake for about 14 mins, or until lightly browned and crispy.
