    crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced green onion
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 pkg
    frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1
    egg yolk beaten w/ 1 tsp water

How To Make delicate feta cheese pastries

    Heat oven to 375. In bowl, combine feta cheese, green onion and beaten egg.

    Cut pastry on cutting board, into 12-3"-squares. Mound 1 heaping tbsp of feta mix onto center of each square. Moisten edges w/ water

    Fold pastry over filling, making a triangle. Press edges together w/ fork. Place pastries on a baking sheet. Brush each pastry w/ egg yolk mix. Bake 20 mins.
