Ingredients For cranberry cream cheese dip

  • 1 pkg
    12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1
    small jalapeno pepper
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 2 pkg
    8 ounce cream cheese--16 ounces total

How To Make cranberry cream cheese dip

    Put cranberries in food processor and finely chop.
  • 2
    chop the green onions, cilantro and jalapeno pepper into small pieces.

    Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese into a bowl and refrigerate at least four hours for the flavors to blend.

    when you are ready to serve, place your cream cheese bricks on a plate and spread out as evenly as you can.

    Spread the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese--cover as much as possible.

    Serve with wheat thins. Can also serve with Ritz crackers or tortilla chips.
