1/4 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1small jalapeno pepper

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 pkg8 ounce cream cheese--16 ounces total
How To Make cranberry cream cheese dip

1Put cranberries in food processor and finely chop.

2chop the green onions, cilantro and jalapeno pepper into small pieces.

3Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese into a bowl and refrigerate at least four hours for the flavors to blend.

4when you are ready to serve, place your cream cheese bricks on a plate and spread out as evenly as you can.

5Spread the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese--cover as much as possible.

6Serve with wheat thins. Can also serve with Ritz crackers or tortilla chips.
